Snapdragon key visual: one platform, every device
Tessarakt for Qualcomm India · June 2026

It's already a Snapdragon world.

Two plans make India see it, feel it, and buy it: campus and retail.

Today the student asksWhich Intel laptop?
We make them askIs it a Snapdragon?

The Brief

What we are solving together

Snapdragon PCs are new to India and awareness is low. The job: campus, retail, and one consistent brand.

Workstream 1

Campus

Awareness to purchase preference among premium students. Live from 8 August.

Workstream 2

Retail

A 100 sq ft World of Snapdragon in ~80 Croma and Reliance Digital stores. Built to sell.

One message

Three benefits, everywhere

AI on the device. Battery beyond the day. Performance for everything. No tier jargon.

World of Snapdragon

One platform, every screen in an Indian life

Not one product, the platform behind the devices people already own. It powers both plans.

Smartphones

8 Elite flagships

Samsung, OnePlus, Realme, iQOO, Xiaomi.

PCs

Snapdragon X Series

Copilot+ PCs from Lenovo, HP, Dell, Asus, Samsung and Microsoft. AI runs on the device, battery runs past the day.

Smart glasses

Ray-Ban Meta

Runs on Snapdragon AR1.

XR

Meta Quest 3

Runs on Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2.

Audio

Snapdragon Sound

Bose, Bowers and Wilkins, Denon and more.

Mobility

On Indian roads

Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e, Tata Harrier EV, BMW cockpits, Royal Enfield Flying Flea.

The big idea

Pull the plug. The AI keeps going.

Cut the internet and the laptop keeps generating, because the AI runs on the device. The one demo no phone brand can copy, in every store and on every campus.

The Experiences

Make the invisible chip the hero

Five signature experiences. Each turns on-device AI, battery and performance into something you feel in seconds.

RetailThe Magic Switch
The Magic Switch

Pull a lever: Snapdragon vs a legacy chip, the same AI task finishing side by side. Speed you can see.

RetailChip Explode reveal
The Chip, Exploded

RetailMirror the gameplay
Mirror the Game

A player's live gameplay thrown onto the back wall to pull a crowd. Lift any device to learn its story.

CampusOn-device AI escape room
The Offline Escape Room

Every clue is cracked on the laptops with no internet: transcribe audio, rebuild a torn map, interrogate a local AI.

Campus
The Edge-AI Createathon

A touring on-device-AI build sprint. Demos at tables, not decks. Offline AI is both the theme and the venue Wi-Fi fix.

The Createathon

Not a hackathon. Teams solve AI briefs on X Series laptops. Campus rounds, zonal finals, one national finale. The contest is the demo.

Campus experience pavilion concept
Concept: immersion week pavilion
Immersion weeks

A week on campus, not a day at a fest

A modular pavilion brings the full ecosystem to the quad for a week: laptops, phones, glasses, XR, audio, workshops and signups.

Mobile studio concept
Concept: touring mobile studio
Mobile studio

A studio that comes to campus

A touring podcast and editing truck. Students record and publish from it, on X Series machines, all semester.

Snapdragon AI Paathshala
Concept: AI Paathshala, hands-on hardware and AI
AI Paathshala

Learn to build, not just to use

Hands-on sessions on Snapdragon laptops: from an Arduino circuit to a working build and the on-device AI that runs it. Plus creative AI tracks. Works even when campus Wi-Fi does not.

The Campus Journey · Structured

How a campus activation is structured

Six phases, a month and an owner against each, so all 355 colleges run on the same playbook.

1
Always on · from June

Social media content

Device use cases co-created with OEM partners. Seeds awareness before anyone reaches campus.

2
The front door · August 8

Snapdragon Admission Kiosk

A branded kiosk at 200+ colleges. Students scan, enrol via the Edge Pass, and every sign-up is captured.

3
The engine · Aug to Sep

Campus Ambassador + UGC content

One anchor ambassador per college on three tracks: advocate, creator, assisted seller. One content piece a week, via Blend's 90-day cohort.

4
The learning layer · Aug to Oct

Snapdragon AI Paathshala

Two-hour hands-on sessions: on-device AI, Arduino use cases, creative workflows. Students leave with something they built.

5
The scale moments · Sep to Dec

Top college festivals + Hackathon awareness

Createathon presence at the highest-scoring fests, where footfall peaks. The booth launches the Hackathon and routes students to their nearest store.

6
January to March

Sale awareness via ambassadors

Ambassadors shift to assisted selling: referral tracking, deal alerts, buy-with-me sessions. KPI is verified conversions at Croma and Reliance Digital.

7
The bridge to retail

Snapdragon Store

The campus program plugs into the store. 7A Gaming and creator activities in the zone. 7B Ambassadors make content from their nearest store. 7C Each store mapped to its nearest colleges. Full section below.

What a Createathon looks like on the ground

On-site elements

Device zone, a 30-minute Paathshala session, the Createathon challenge, a UGC corner, ambassador seeding. A working experience, not a banner.

Content out of every fest

10+ UGC videos, one official event reel, a winner story, and 50+ referrals for the sale follow-up.

The 12-Month Engine

Always on, campus-fed

Powered by the program, not bolted on. 200 colleges keep four content pillars live all year, peaking at fests and converting in the sale window. Comic-Con and music fests add reach.

PILLAR 1

Device in the wild

Day-in-the-life with a Snapdragon PC. Coding at 2am, a pitch deck, gaming between lectures. Real student scenarios.

PILLAR 2

AI workflow shorts

30-second reels of on-device AI tasks done offline. AI that works in a hostel with bad wifi.

PILLAR 3

Event and activation

Live from kiosks, Paathshala, Createathons, store visits, Comic-Con and music fests. Keeps the brand feeling live.

PILLAR 4

Sale and deal moments

Concentrated Jan to March. Buy-with-me, deal alerts, referral links. Direct conversion with a peer-to-peer feel.

World of Snapdragon, in 100 square feet

Scaling the Croma Juhu zone Qualcomm opened in Feb 2025: one national design, ~80 stores, for the curious first-timer.

The zone

An ecosystem, not a product shelf

Every device live: phone, laptop, glasses, XR, audio, and miniature cars. They work together, so the shopper sees a world, not a shelf.

Ecosystem discovery table render
Concept: lift and learn table with automotive miniatures
The interaction

Lift a device, the story follows

Pick up any device and the table tells its story. Lift the car and the cockpit demo plays. Rugged, and every lift is logged.

The 10-Second Studio concept render
Concept: the 10-Second Studio and its alter ego wall
The signature moment

The 10-Second Studio

Sit at an X Series laptop, pick a vibe, and the AI makes your alter ego in ten seconds. It runs on the laptop, so it stays instant. The speed is the proof.

  • Ten seconds, on the laptop. The speed is the on-device AI demo.
  • Pick your vibe: gamer, creator, coder, racer, anyone
  • Your portrait is the souvenir and the lead. The claim screen carries the intent survey.

The Dragon Hunt

Five small fireball marks hidden across the store, each with an NFC tap. Find all five, win a sticker pack and a discount coupon at the zone.

Fun layer

Beat the battery

A running day counter shows how long the demo laptop has lived off one charge. Shoppers guess the number before they see it.

Fun layer

Campus on screen

The zone screen features a Campus Creator of the Month, so student work from the campus program plays inside the store.

Three sizes, one system

What never changes across all three: the brand system, the ecosystem story, the lift and learn principle, live devices, the telemetry stack, and the exit survey.

Snapdragon Store · The Bridge

Where campus meets retail

Not a separate plan, where the campus program cashes in. We add a gaming loop, a creator layer, and ambassadors making content from stores mapped to their nearest colleges.

In-store gaming and creator activities
Concept: gaming and creator zones in store
7A · In store

Gaming and creator activities

A reason to come back and to share. A BGMI try-and-win with a live leaderboard drives repeat footfall, plus a creator station where every clip is a geotagged share for the store.

  • Gaming: try-and-win, weekend demo battles, in-store qualifiers
  • Creator: AI photobooth, shot-in-store reels, livestream weekends
Ambassador making content in store

7B · Ambassador to store

Ambassadors make content from the store

Each ambassador is assigned their nearest zone, with a monthly shoot there. Content tags the store and a campus code, so footfall is attributable per ambassador. The Red Bull marketeer model, pointed at retail.

How the experience performs, and how we capture it

  • Engagement and capture rateRetailers already count door footfall. Our fixtures and promoter app count zone engagement. No cameras.
  • Every device lift: which, how often, how longA sensor under each plinth logs every pick-up. The lift-and-learn mechanic is the meter.
  • Demo sessions per stationA kiosk launcher logs app, session length and AI outputs.
  • QR and NFC tapsIn self-serve fixtures, every QR and NFC tap is the count.
  • Promoter app, the human layerIn staffed zones the promoter logs demos and interactions on a tablet.

The loop between plans

Campus demos issue coupons. Coupons redeem at retail zones. Interest becomes a measured sale.

Brand lift

Consideration, measured

Short pulses before and after each activation track the shift per campus.

Measurement

Judged on sales and intent

Retail is measured against purchase, campus against preference. With 80 zones, matched control stores make conversion lift a real number.

The Mapped Network

355 colleges, mapped and tiered

Not a wishlist. Every college is tier-sorted and clustered to a metro, so depth, store mapping and budget run by priority.

Tier 1 · metros
245 colleges

Year-one priority. Full on-ground: immersion, Createathon, Paathshala, chapter, and a mapped store.

Tier 2 · regional hubs
93 colleges

Ambassador and content led, plus fests and the sale push. Scaled up as the season proves out.

Tier 3 · emerging
17 colleges

Digital-first and ambassador-led: Edge Pass, social, sale awareness, light on-ground.

Delhi 20Bengaluru 20Chennai 20 Hyderabad 20Kolkata 20Mumbai 10 Pune 10Jaipur 10Ahmedabad 10 Noida / Ghaziabad 1050 clusters · 23 states · 4 regions

How we handle it, simply

  • Tier sets the depth. Full on-ground for Tier 1, ambassador and fests for Tier 2, digital-first for Tier 3.
  • Roll out by cluster. One team per metro cluster, so kits and gear move efficiently.
  • One lead per college. A single accountable ambassador runs the chapter.
  • Mapped to the nearest store. Campus and retail share one catchment.
  • Tracked in Command. All 355 sit in the live dashboard.
Year-one sequence
